Request for Tender - Supply and Install of Public Amenities Violet Town

⁠⁠⁠Strathbogie Shire Council invites submissions for the design, manufacture and installation of a prefabricated amenities unit, including any associated civil, servicing and other necessary works, in the Violet Town Recreation Reserve, Violet Town Victoria.

Tenders can be only lodged on line through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 20/21-10 Supply and Install of Violet Town Public Amenitiesis a lump sum contract. Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated.
• All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Strathbogie Shire Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the submission must be via the Tendersearch using the Questions tab.
