Digital Customer Channel Transformation - 'Website Project’ - Build Stream

⁠⁠⁠Knox City Council (KCC) is seeking responses to a Request for Tender (RFT) from suitably skilled providers to lead the ‘Supplier Engagement - Build Stream’ of the Digital Customer Channel Transformation (DCCT) website project. The objective for this RFT is to contract a Vendor for the re-development and support of KCC’s website, and three starting services as a Proof of Concept (PoC).

The successful Vendor will be required to build the new website and starting services based on designs and specifications provided. RFT specifications and user stories outline the requirements for technology, development, implementation, testing, training, support and maintenance of the new KCC website and starting services, which meet Council’s objectives.
Council requires Vendors to submit responses to the following categories:
• Website Build
• Starting Services (PoC) Development
• Content Management System (CMS) and Online Form technology
• Support and Maintenance
