At the Cairns Las Palmas Motel, refurbishment works are to be completed to the foyer and lounge area, as well as the kitchen and associated back-of-house areas.
At the Cairns Northern Heritage Motel, installation of a new walk-through freezer and dry store area within the foyer area and refurbishment work to the foyer, dining room, laundry, kitchen and bar area. Scope also includes compliance works to provide greater access for patrons with disability to the main entrance areas at both motels.
