The Half Tide Tug Harbour (HTTH) facility is a critical operational asset supporting multiple marine stakeholders operating under the oversight of North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation Ltd (NQBP). In response to evolving user needs, the HTTH facility requires a new Storage Solution to support ongoing operations.
Scope:
The Works to be designed and constructed by the Contractor generally comprises of a steel‑framed shed with cladding, roller doors, pedestrian access doors, and concrete footings suitable for a portal‑frame structure, including appropriate ventilation.
The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Shed Design and Construction
• Design and construction of a 15 m x 45 m shed incorporating purpose-built areas for two tenancies; and
• Dedicated spaces and functional requirements for each tenancy
