Tender Description
Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are sought to engage interested parties and potential investors in an open dialogue, for provision of high-quality hydrotherapeutic services on behalf of Armidale Regional Council. It is expected that new facilities will be designed, built and operated to serve an estimated catchment of 100,000 residents in the LGA and surrounding regions, as well as 650,000 visitors per annum. The New England Region currently has limited access to hydrotherapeutic services.
