Tender Description
These works will allow additional uses for the community. With accessible parking spaces, new bathroom facilities and access ramps to the buildings.
The Scope of the construction works are detailed in documentation by Hede Architects and summarised as follows.
- Construction of DDA compliant ramps
- Construction of accessible and ambulant toilets
- Construction of accessible car space including line marking and concrete works.
- Supply of shop drawings for all cabinetry works.
- Supply and installation of new Kitchen (Cheltenham only)
- Supply and installation of all plumbing fittings
- Supply and install all electrical fittings Install new electrical switch board and wiring to the entire building (Cheltenham Only)
- Coordination of Building permit and relevant inspections
- Make good all work areas.
- Demolition of affected areas
- Asbestos removal, all noted asbestos in attachments must be removed during this project. If the area is not being disturbed as party of this project the Asbestos will still need to be removed.
