Hume City Council invites tenders for the design, construction and installation of a high quality prefabricated modular building.
The facility will include the following elements: Social room, Kitchen, 2 x compliant washroom amenities, 1 x Office, 1 x first aid room, 3 x external storage rooms, external verandah c/w ramp access. The pavilion will be located at Boardman Reserve, 224-256 Mitchells Lane, Sunbury.
The Service required of the Contractor is to design, manufacture and install the prefabricated modular building, in accordance with the client approved design documents and design. The contractor must adhere to all conditions stipulated in the contract, from contract award to the completion of the defect liability period.
