Digital Capture of paper NVD Document Data Into the MLA Industry Data Platform

⁠⁠⁠Integrity Systems Company (ISC) seeks proposals from suitably skilled applicants to develop and deliver an API for the capture of data from paper National Vendor Declarations (NVD) into the MLA Industry Data Platform.

Supporting the outcomes of Pillar 3 of the IS2025 Strategy, an API is to be developed enabling the written contents of paper NVDs to be extracted. The solution which will be evaluated on its accuracy and also the potential feasibility for its use in extracting data from other document types in the future. Data is to be stored in the MLA Data Platform in the Amazon Cloud and will be made available to solution providers through the current ISC eNVD Graph API.

The specifics of the project requirements are further outlined in the Terms of Reference.
