Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking Quotations from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to prepare and document the detailed design of the Iron Mines Oval Amenities Building Upgrade in Mittagong, NSW.
A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Volume 1 - Specification which is included as part of the Request for Quotation documentation.
In accordance with Council Policy and Guidelines, Council invites quotationsin accordance with this Invitation and the following accompanying documents:
• Volume 1 - Specification
• Volume 1a – Concept Design & Site Survey
• Volume 1b – WSC Public Toilet Strategy 2017
• Volume 2 - Response Schedules
• Volume 3 - Conditions of Contract, and
• Any published Addenda
