Tender Description
On behalf of Parks Victoria & Sports Recreation Victoria, tenders will be sought for the construction of the following:
- South Melbourne & District Sporting Clubs - New female change room and amenities that will be constructed alongside the existing SMDSC pavilion - Clarke Shields Pavilion in the Albert Park Reserve
- AJAX Football Club - New female change room and amenities that will be constructed alongside the existing AJAX Clubrooms - David Mandie Pavilion in the Albert Park Reserve
Parks Victoria will be seeking a fixed lump sum price for the construction of 2 separable portions being the SMDSC & AJAX works.
The project is a construct only project and will be delivered under a modified form of AS 2124 construction contract.
Construction will commence in September 2020 and completion expected by the end of January 2021
