Northern and Western Growth Area Planning Stage Sustainability Decision Support Tools

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the development of support tools that facilitate planning stage sustainability decision making associated with the Northern and Western Growth Area project.

This tender closes at 2:00 pm, Friday 24 April 2020. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Draft Contract:

Your organisation must review the Contract Terms & Conditions issued with this tender (refer to draft contract issued as part of the tender documentation), as per eProcure Response Schedule 'Compliance and Conformance' section and submit any contractual non-conformances at time of tender submission.

Responses:

All submissions are to be provided online as an electronic response through this portal, with documentation supporting responses added where necessary. The tenderer must complete and submit their response by completing the questions listed within the eProcure Response Schedule (including submitting any documents requested).

Respondents must:

Answer each question individually, with all necessary information and supporting evidence attached to that specific question (i.e. do not submit a single response document to a single question and reference said document throughout submission);
Provide all the information requested in your response to the corresponding question within the eProcure Response Schedule, to enable evaluation in accordance with the evaluation criteria;
Not leave any question blank, or make reference to other documents/responses provided in other questions within the eProcure Response Schedule (n.b. questions with no response will not be evaluated or scored).
Use the following file formats when lodging your tender response: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx. Compressed file formats (i.e. zip) should not be submitted.
Upload all documentation containing pricing information to the tender pricing documentation section of eProcure Response Schedule only.
