Bayside City Council is seeking to establish a panel of Providers for Tree Root Investigation Services using hydro-vacuum excavation techniques to investigate tree root activity:
adjacent to private and public infrastructure; and
in response to requests for assistance for repair to South East Water pipes adjacent to Council trees (as approved by Bayside City Council Open Space Arborists).
