Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Sembcorp Marine is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide Sacrificial Anodes in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of Sacrificial Anodes for installation (by welding) on Field Control Station.
The scope of supply shall include:
• External Hull including support structures, caissons and guide tubes: Aluminum based sacrificial anodes (Al anodes), ;
• Ballast tanks: Zinc anodes (Zn anodes);
• Anodes distribution layout;
Key design criteria for design are:
• Design life: 50 years + 3 years construction period
• Location: Tropical water
• Sea water temperature: Max. +31°C, Min. +22°C
• Protected area (estimated): External hull = 23,000m2, Ballast tank = 46,000m2
• Sea water resistivity: Max 22 ohm m (depth 0~32m)
• Design current limits: -800 mV ~ -1050 mV
• Current densities: External Hull (Initial, Mean, Final) 150, 70, 100 (mA/m2), Tanks (Initial, Mean, Final) 120, 60, 80 (mA/m2)
• Coating breakdown factor: (Initial, Mean, Final) 2%, 32%, 62%
• Utilization factor: 0.85~0.9 (slender stand-off), 0.8~0.85 (flush)
• Contingency: 10~20% in early, 2% in final CP design
• Rules/regulations: DNVGL-RP-B401 (latest version), CHV standard: CPMDU-6034-A, FFS-SU-5221-A.1 and others whatever applicable.
