Tender Description
The City of Bayswater is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the development of a corporate performance management system to support the monitoring, reporting and evaluation of strategic projects and capital works and actions under the Corporate Business Plan and branch plans as well as supporting the City's other reporting requirements.
The intention of the EOI is to provide an opportunity for preliminary proposals to be considered, with view to shortlisting selected submissions for a formal tender process.

Deadline: The EOI process closes on Wednesday, 15 April 2020 at 4.00pm.
EOI Lodgment:
Submissions must be lodged electronically .
It is recommended that respondents lodge their submissions at least half an hour prior to the closing time to allow for any delays in transmission of large documents.
EOI statement: The City will not be submitting an in-house bid for this requirement.
The City is not bound to accept the lowest EOI and may decline to accept any EOI. Canvassing of Elected Members and City officers will automatically disqualify any submission.
