The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in March 2019/2020 for the Refurbishment of an existing Hall (currently teaching spaces) to a Performing Arts Facility, together with other associated works, at Melbourne Girls College, located at Yarra Boulevard, Richmond 3121, to provide facilities that will meet the College’s Performing Arts curriculum.
The project will include an entry upgrade, conversion of the existing hall to a 450 seat Auditorium, practice rooms, an orchestra room, foyer and amenities. The project will require tendering on prepared, certified documentation and constructed under the management of the Architectural Consultants
