Tender Description
Council has surplus clean fill material available resulting from road and drainage works throughout the Cessnock LGA. Landowners wishing to obtain the fill are invited to complete and EOI form.
The EOI for provision of fill will be open on an ongoing basis for 6 months until 17 July 2020. Delivery of the fill may commence from 24 February 2020.
The decision to deliver fill to a landowner lies solely with Council and Council is no bound to deliver fill to any landowner.
