Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
• Managing the strategic planning / capital bid process for the Program;
• Producing a Framework in which the Program will operate, including associated processes and other required documentation;
• Managing the Program and ensure its delivery aligns to the original intent, escalating risks and issues to the Delivery Lead and Program SRO as appropriate;
• Developing and maintaining strong effective working relationships with internal/external personnel
• Engaging with the business, ICT and the PMO Assurance Officer and develop strong, reliable professional relationships that complement the Program.
• Representing the Program at Boards and Committees, including the Border Clearance and Compliance and Enforcement Program Board.
• Identifying, escalating and resolving of risks and issues that may impact the delivery of the Program;
• Producing talking points, Program documentation and undertaking research and issue resolution as directed by the Program SRO and Delivery Lead;
• Working with the Program SRO and Delivery Lead to ensure the delivery of the Program aligns to the intent and meets the Project Board expectations;
• Acting as an escalation point for the Program and assist in the traction and resolution of items raised.
Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to Home
Affairs staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with
the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.
The Specified Personnel will also be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
• Program Documentation as per the PRINCE2 Methodology;
• Program Board Submissions;
• Risk Assessments.
