Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Supplier will provide support and maintenance on the NIMPIS website and associated applications.
This work is identified and will require fifty (50) support hours initially, with further hours may be required additionally at the discretion of the Department.
The Supplier will perform or support services as described, but not limited to, the below:
1. Hosting upon and configuration of Azure platform, relative to NIMPIS requirements.
- Ensuring all NIMPIS item hosted perform per approved requirements
- Design and build documentation including website availability and performance
2. Support NIMPIS web application support and maintenance
- Including deployment, configuration and functionality
3. Maintaining tracking of progress and responses to issue/work items
- Allow customers to report issues to be resolved and request functionality changes
4. Customer support for NIMPIS hosting arrangements including migration into DAFF tenancies while a transition is implemented
5. Adhere to service levels
- Normal response – within 24 hours
- Resolution times – within approximately 7 days (dependent on issue/service)
- Critical issues, eg. Website down – as soon as possible
6. Provide support during extended business hours (8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays)
Website service based on pre-paid support hour block detailed above.
Responding Supplier to also provide additional support hour block option quotes in batches of the following hour lots:
- 25 hours
- 50 hours
- 75 hours
- 100 hours
These lots are not guaranteed as engagement, however at the discretion of the Department may be taken up as additional work orders under the engagement.
