This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Northern Grampians Shire Council on behalf of Pyrenees Shire Council, Ararat Rural City Council and itself.
Northern Grampians Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake detailed Workforce Planning for the Pyrenees, Ararat and Northern Grampians LGAs.
The Opportunities Pyrenees Ararat and Northern Grampians (OPAN) project aims to address the existing and future shortage of skilled and unskilled workers across the Pyrenees, Ararat and Northern Grampians local government areas (LGAs) by focusing on:
- Workforce Planning
- Housing Demand
- Transport Services, and
- Migration Opportunities
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to deliver the Workforce Planning element of the OPAN project and will result in a key strategic document that will inform future activities and significant decisions for the region for years to come.
The OPAN Project Control Group have decided to revise the Workforce Planning RFP & readvertise publicly for proposals
