The Content Producer will develop digital content for Inland Rail's new website, with the aim of deepening our engagement with Inland Rail stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator with proven experience creating, editing and publishing a range of online and rich media content in a corporate / government environment. They will be able to work flexibly in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment and will happily take responsibility for duties that contribute to the delivery of quality outcomes.
Working with stakeholders across the Program, this role will help deliver accessible, user-driven content to Inland Rail audiences. A user-centred approach is essential to this role.
The Content Producer will be responsible for:
-Delivering time-critical work under broad direction, working flexibly and co-operatively in a team
-Identifying types of content required to meet user needs, in line with agreed site map and website design
-Identifying gaps in our content and making recommendations for improving content
-Researching, sourcing, repurposing and authoring content for the new Inland Rail website
-Working collaboratively with subject matter experts to write clear, accurate copy
-Establishing efficient processes for content development and approvals
-Proofreading and editing content before publication
-Ensuring content adheres to Inland Rail’s tone of voice
-Working with the Digital Engagement Manager to develop the content strategy
-Working closely with the digital agency tasked with designing and developing the new Inland Rail website
