Fire Equipment & Services - Planned Maintenance Request for Tender (RFT)

⁠⁠⁠Australian Red Cross Lifeblood wishes to engage with suitably experienced Suppliers with expertise in Fire Equipment & Services - Planned Maintenance and who meet the following mandatory requirements:

Complete all required services (to relevant Australian standards) within the first 28 days of the scheduled service month.
Provide use of an online portal that has the ability to log the national planned maintenance schedule, work orders and service reports.
Complete service reports to Lifeblood quality requirements that include capturing signatures of the technician and Lifeblood representative, site details, works performed, issues identified, repairs undertaken.

Complete all servicing using in-house technicians (no subcontracting).
Suppliers are required to register and enter into a Confidentiality Agreement with Lifeblood in order to receive the RFT documentation for the provision of Fire Equipment & Services - Planned Maintenance.

Expected Documentation Release date: 9.00am AEST 25 February 2020. Detailed RFT information will be made available upon execution of the Confidentiality Agreement.
