Tender Description
Scope of Work
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 new industrial robots and controllers, complete with specialty gripper for transferring, holding and pouring material from buckets, screen and trays. The equipment including installation instructions will be free issued by Rio Tinto.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Uninstallation and removal from site of 3 existing robots and controllers;
- Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 new industrial robots including new controllers;
- Setup, program and configure sampling lab SCADA systems;
- Wiring control system hardware; and
- Setup, program and configure the Minimum Required Replica of the sampling lab SCADA systems and the sampling lab PLC systems required for the integrated sampling lab Robot System FAT; etc
