Monash University has invested significantly into Splunk Cloud to monitor and manage the availability of its digital ecosystem. With the ever-increasing digital footprint and ability to protect it from Cyber threats Monash has invested into Splunk ES as a SIEM platform.
Splunk Cloud as well as ES is administered by Monash's in-house team. Due to a significant increase in the log sources as well as a desire to orchestrate incident response on Splunk ES there is a significant demand on resourcing. In order to augment the in-house security operations team, Monash University is seeking proposals for a singular Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). The MSSP partner is expected to accelerate Monash's monitoring and operational security capabilities.
