Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Seller will provide upgrades and enhancement to Geoscience Australia’s (GA) Analyses Centre Software (ACS) Parameter Estimation Module (PEA) Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) code base. The high level software enhancements required include:
- Implementation of full Rauch-Tung-Striebel (RTS) smoothing in the PEA EKF
- Implementation of user definable Fixed Lag smoothing in the PEA EKF
- Re-parametrization of the PEA EKF clock models from a single parameter offset model to a three parameter, offset, drift and acceleration model
- Implementation of robust Cycle Slip detection and repair within the PEA Extended Kalman Filter (EKF)
- Implementation of a generalized first order First order Gauss Markov dynamic process model in the PEA EKF
- Reengineering of the PEA EKF to use Single Point Position (SPP) clock estimates as observations rather than state estimates
- Enabling user selectable Kalman Filtering (KF) options in the PEA including; EKF, SquareRoot-EKF (SR-EKF), Unscented-KF (UKF) and SqurareRoot-UKF (SR-UKF)
- Reformatting of PEA EKF output to enable more efficient post processing analysis and presentation of results
- Provide capability for visualization of PEA output including, parameter estimates and uncertainties as well as pre-fit and post-fit observed minus computed data residuals
