Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the construction of ramps and deck area at the Eaglemont Tennis Club, located at The Boulevard, East Ivanhoe 3079.
The project involves the construction of a timber viewing deck, access ramps and Landscaping works.
The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
- Site clearing and removal of trees
- Construction of a viewing deck
- Construction of Ramps and Stairs
- Landscaping works
- Arrange inspections for Building Surveyor (Building Permit to be arranged by BCC prior to works commencing)
- Site clean-up
Unless otherwise stipulated, the Contractor shall provide all labour, materials and equipment as necessary to complete the works and to the satisfaction of the Superintendent. Price to include for reinstatement of all disturbed areas to match the surroundings. Tenderers to note that there is a sewer line running through the construction site. The construction methodology to be adopted must take this into account and not cause any disruption or damage to the system.
The contractor is to familiarise themselves with the site, access, extent, complexity and timing of works required and shall take into account any additional or incidental works not specifically listed.
Please note all tenderers must be Commercially Registered Builders with the Victorian Building Authority.
