Tender Description
Scope of Work
Provide drill, dig, load and haul mining services to move approximately 6.5Mt of material, waste and ore combined. The contract is expected to commence in April 2020 with completion required by December 2020.
The contractor will be required to provide the following:
- Supply FFP drill, load and haul fleet to meet the combined scheduled quantity;
- Supply FFP auxiliary fleet (grader, watercart, dozer, fuel cart etc);
- Maintain own equipment;
- Supply a management structure to manage/supervise entire works;
- Provide daily technical support to ensure adherence to mine plan and design; and
- Complete all works in compliance to RTIO standards.
RTIO will provide the following:
- Blasting services;
- Flights and accommodation;
- Technical designs for drill, blast, pit and dump;
- Grade control;
- Access to maintenance workshops; and
- Administrative/office space.
Please note:
- One pit is constrained by a 25m haul road width, so haul fleet will be required to suitably match for dual lane haulage (e.g. CAT777-785)
- Potential to extend contract at end of works for remanent mining of old pits if fleet size is deemed to be suitable (e.g. CAT777-785).
