Tender Description
The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a Tender for the Earthworks and Services at RIA Worker Accommodation.

Tenderers are required to pay all costs for transportation to and from Rottnest Island. All arrangements for ferry travel are the Tenderers’ responsibility.
Attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing is not mandatory and is not a pre?qualification criterion of this RFT. However, Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend to familiarise themselves with the site conditions, constraints, and the requirements of the Contract.
Tenderers remain responsible for making their own assessment of the site and existing conditions, whether they were able or not able to attend the Site Visit and Briefing.
