Goulburn Valley Water (‘The Principal’) is seeking the services of a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to provide cleaning services at:
Shepparton Area
- 104-110 Fryers Street Office – 2 Storey Building
- Florence Street Depot Office (corner of Old Dookie Road & Florence Street)
- 180 Welsford Street Water Treatment Plant – 3 levels – Lab/Office/Staff Room
- 180 Welsford Street Water Quality Portable Building & Shower/Toilet Block
- Eldersile Park Office Building -5440 Shepparton Barmah Road Zeerust
- Actiflo Treatment Plant Laboratory Building end of McCracken Road Zeerust
- Mooroopna Learning Centre – 37 McLennan Street Mooroopna
- 58 Albion Street Kyabram Water Treatment Plant
- Corner Finlay Road / Henderson Road Tongala Water Treat Plant
- 440 Tatura-Rushworth Road Rushworth
- MacKay Street Tatura Old Laboratory Water Treatment Plant
- 83-85 Ross Street Tatura Water Treatment Plant Office (small red brick building) and Laboratory (2 small buildings)
This Contract seeks to appoint a suitable Contractor to undertake these works for a period from the date of award until 30 June 2023, with an option to extend the Contract by a further two (2) years (in two (2 no.) twelve month extensions).
The Principal’s nominated Superintendent for this Contract shall be the General Manager Commercial. Day to day works will be supervised by the Minor Contracts / Fleet Officer.
It is expected that the Contractor shall have sufficient resources, with appropriately experienced and qualified staff, to complete the works as detailed in the Specification.
