Tender Description
The purpose of this EOI is to gather information on Building Automation Systems and suitably experienced and qualified vendors in the market and to explore the opportunity for future partnership with Monash to ensure that the BAS maintenance goals are identified after which a panel of competent maintenance contractors will be established.
The supplier must select only one (1) of the two options listed below to be considered for this EOI process.
a. Provide BAS operational management and urgent minor repair works services - day to day management of the system in reference to 4.0 Maintenance Services Scope.
b. BAS installation, upgrade and repair services as part of an approved panel of suppliers including Software development, engineering, schematic tagging and server maintenance as part of a panel of approved vendors:
MANDATORY CRITERIA
- Demonstrable experience in maintenance of these products:
- Tridium Niagara N4,
- Alerton Envision,
- Struxureware Building Operation, and;
- Andover Continuum & Andover Infinity
- University or Hospital experience of more than 5 years.
- Annual Turnover of $1M minimum.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Employ a Tridium Niagara N4, Alerton Envision, Struxureware Building Operation, Andover Continuum & Andover Infinity product trained or certified technician/s and with demonstrable industry experience.
- For maintenance contract: Demonstrable experience in maintenance of all of these products:
- Tridium Niagara N4,
- Alerton Envision,
- Struxureware Building Operation, and;
- Andover Continuum & Andover Infinity
