Tender Description
The Department is seeking a provider to deliver the Australian Government’s Workers Compensation Scheme to Norfolk Island on behalf of the Department. There are three core elements of the Scheme:
- Scheme Member services, including Employer Levy collection services;
- Claims and case management services for employees who lodge a claim; and
- As required, coordination and/or delivery of Occupational Rehabilitation Services.
