Monash University issues this Expression of Interest ("EOI") to identify banks and other financial institutions for the provision of inbound payment solutions / services.
The submission to this EOI does not constitute as an offer. By submitting a response, a Respondent is deemed to accept and agree to be bound by the EOI and if needed a succeeding RFT process.
This EOI is and remains the property of the University and may only be used by Respondents for the purpose of preparing a response.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
It is Mandatory that your organisation is able to demonstrate the following:
1. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Compliance, and
2. Holder of Australian Financial Services Licence, and
3. Adheres to Anti-Money Laundering/ Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Legislation
If any of the above Mandatory requirement is not met, your submission will not be evaluated further.
