99 Bikes is seeking proposals workplace training program to Registered Training Organisations (RTO), for retail sales consultants & our mechanics.
The successful respondent will provide a proposal that demonstrates the following:
1. Ability to certify of our existing training materials that 99 Bikes own the Intellectual Property;
2. RTO with coverage in the following States & Territory QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & WA;
3. Model where the majority of the training is delivered by 99 Bikes trainers;
4. 99 Bikes employee's that complete the training receive a recognised qualification;
5. Training courses offered to meet Retail Sales Consultant needs (currently Certificate III in Retail), and Mechanic needs (currently Certificate III in Bicycle Workshop Operations); and
6. Commercial financial model
Further details are included including a spreadsheet for completion including expected new starters in 2020 by state (131 new starters)
