The Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) (the Agency) coordinates and leads the Victorian Government’s commitment to a stronger, fairer, better Victoria by pursuing excellence in whole of government outcomes in delivery and reforms. This includes supporting the effective administration of government and ensuring efficient and effective processes and systems.
The maturity and capability of specialist telecommunications suppliers needs to be market tested. Given the complex and high-spend nature of Victoria’s current telecommunications SPCs, a highly qualified professional service supplier is required to partner with DPC to develop and project manage the Victorian Telecommunications Services SPC tender.
