Construction Services for the Redevelopment of Mona Vale SLSC and Beach Amenities

SCOPE OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of Construction Services for the Redevelopment of Mona Vale Surf Club and new Beach amenities to the North of the surf club.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks to identify a panel of up to five contractors to invite to tender for these works. The purpose of the Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify, through evaluation of responses, those contractors who have the:
· Demonstrated capability in similar construction type;
· Recent past experience/positive references;
· Highest quality and standard of workmanship;
· Competent and experienced personnel and established sub-contract arrangements;
· Financial solvency and willingness to undergo a financial check;
· Relevant contractual experience;
· Demonstrated commitment to Best Practice Environmental and Sustainable Work practices
· Demonstrated commitment to Best Practice Work Health & Safety practices
· Demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with the local community, traditional owners, Club Membership and visitors to the area;
to undertake these works, including the staged demolition of existing buildings and rebuilding of the existing Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club and Beach Amenities together with all associated services, external and landscaping works.
