Tender Description
Woollahra Council invites suitably qualified parties to tender for the following works:
- full roof replacement of EJ Ward Community Centre,
- creation of a disable accessible toilet,
- creation of a lift shaft in coordination with the lift company (lift supply and install not part of this contract) and various modification works to make path of travel compliant to accessibility standards.
A Mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at EJ Ward Community Centre 189, Underwood street, Paddington on 28 November 2019 commencing at 2.30pm AEDT
