Tenders are invited for a fixed price lump sum contract for the Leisure Pool Renovation & Retiling Works at Harold Holt Swim Centre, 1409-1413 High Street, Glen Iris.
Briefly, the scope of work involved in Contract T20035 is:
- Removal of existing surfaces and facilities
- Removal of all ceramic tiles, tile grout and wet deck gratings
- Water blast cleaning of concrete surfaces
- Tiling works
The Leisure, Learn to swim and Toddler Pools must be reopened to the public by Tuesday 14 April 2020 for use. The contractor must guarantee the supply and delivery of pool tiles to meet this critical deadline. This is a condition of this contract.
