Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Stage 4B of the streetscape renewal works for Mitcham Shopping Centre, between Mitcham Road and McDowall Street, Mitcham. The works involve the reconstruction of the existing streetscape inclusive of asphalt surfacing, stone paved surfacing, street furniture installation and landscaping works.
Please note that a compulsory Information Session has been scheduled for Tuesday 19 November 2019 at 11.00am at Council’s Offices located at 379 - 397 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading. Further details can be found in Item 3 of the Tendering Conditions in the Tender Document
You must only lodge the Tender Offer and supporting material via Council’s eTender Portal. Tender Offers submitted to Council officers or Council sites will not be accepted.
All communications must be directed via Communication tab once the registration process is completed, verbal or email request for information will NOT be accepted during the Tender Stage.
