Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified & experienced contractors,for consideration on a shortlisting, to be invited to tender for the 1st Stage - Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Design and Construct (D&C) Procurement Model, of the Cultural & Civic Space.
This Project will be a 2 stage Design and Construct (D&C) Procurement Model of the Cultural & Civic Space with Stage 1 involving the engagement of an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)
