Suitably qualified builders are invited to submit a tender for the following project:
Kitchen upgrade and new Office space at Naroo Hostel, Warialda, for Gwydir Shire Council.
The building work includes internal and external alterations, and the provision of a new commercial Kitchen.
Builders submitting a tender must provide information on their experience in construction of Aged Care hostels, and their capability and track record.
Tender documents may be obtained via email from the Architects, Magoffin & Deakin Pty Ltd. Tenders must be submitted to the Architects no later than 2pm Monday 25th November 2019.
