Castlemaine Health is seeking licensed and registered Building Construction contractors with experience in building a light weight shed construction for the proposed new store/supply building including hard standing loading dock.

Building is to comply with Australian building standards, including fire system for the laundry with warning system connected back to the main fire panel including EWIS.

Attached are architectural, structural, existing services drawings and specifications, and schematic drawing for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and part J requirements. These drawings are the scope and documentation upon which tenderes will submit their tender price.

Castlemaine Health may seek external expert advise when evaluating tenderd responces.

There are two site inspection times thursday the 31st October at 10:00am and Friday the 1st November at 2:00 pm.
