Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited for the sale of Chester Street Car park, Petersham to property developers and land owners to provide a strategy to address Inner West Council's future requirements.
Council currently own the Chester Street Petersham Carpark which comprises of Lots A & B in DP 438174 and Lots 1, 2 & 3 in DP 598422. The carpark has an area of 704 square metres and currently provides 18 public car parking spaces
