Supporting and maintaining VicPol sites

⁠⁠⁠Victoria Police are undergoing a review of their property services model for both leased and owned sites across Victoria. To facilitate this, Victoria Police invites you to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) process with the view to provide the requisite information required to achieve Victoria Police’s objective of achieving the best property services outcomes for our organisation.

The following information is provided to you to clarify the process, key dates and the outcomes Victoria Police are aiming to achieve via this process. The tender process will be conducted in two parts.

Phase 1, EOI will include an initial presentation and submission package. We have scheduled the week of 25 November 2019 for these presentations with your final submission package to be delivered by 5:00pm AEDT 5 December 2019.

Phase 2 will be a Selective Tender. Should you be successful during Phase 1 of the EOI process you will be invited to participate in Phase 2 which we anticipate will commence mid-February 2020.
