Tender Description
1.1 The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Construction of Summerhill Playspace (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref 38 B10), and the Construction of Castle Hill Playspace (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref 37 H7).
1.2 Tenderers are required to be Registered Commercial Builders with the Building Practitioners’ Board.
1.3 Tenderers may tender for one or both Playspaces.
1.4 Tenderers are advised that the construction shall be completed no later than 30 June 2020.
