Tender Description
Tenders are invited for a panel of suitably qualified and experienced builders to supply construction services for Council’s minor building works. This includes construction, refurbishment and extension works valued at up to $3M but excludes sporting pavilions.
Only registered commercial builders are eligible to submit a tender.
The contract will be a schedule of rates for a term of three years, with the option to extend for an additional two years, at Council’s absolute discretion.

Tenders are to be submitted electronically via Council’s eTendering Portal. Any submissions received after the closing date and time or submitted by facsimile or by email will not be considered.
