Tender Description
The Tunnels, Stations and Excavation (TSE West) Works for the Sydney Metro West project comprises around 20 kilometres of twin tunnels from Westmead through to The Bays.
The TSE West Works will include both cut-and-cover and cavern excavations, construction of service facilities, and civils and bulk earthworks at the proposed stabling and maintenance facility.
Procurement of the TSE West package/s will be undertaken through a two stage process, Stage 1 comprising an Expression of Interest (EOI) and Stage 2 comprising an an Early Contractor (ECI)Tender process).
Sydney Metro invites suitably experienced and qualified entities to submit an Expressions Of Interest to participate in this Early Contractor (ECI) Tender process for the design and construction of the Sydney Metro West Tunnels, Stations and Excavation (TSE West) Works.
Bona-fide entities that demonstrate to Sydney Metro’s satisfaction that they will be capable (either as individual entities or in suitable consortia) of undertaking the design and construction of the TSE West Works will be registered to participate in the EOI process
