Tender Description
This project involves construction of the following structures at Horsham, Victoria:
- two purpose-built igloo greenhouse structures of approximately 1,500 square meters each for growth of plants for seed multiplication.
- one shed of approximately 220 square meters with loading area for threshing and other seed processing activities, including imaging. The shed will have a skillion roof.
Construct Only
Estimated value of the required services is $1.4M excluding GST
Services will be source through a single stage selective tender to nomiated suppliers registered on the DTF Construction Supplier Register
Estimated tender release date is 25 November 2019
Estimated commencement date for the services is early March 2020 for approximately 9 months
Supplier Code of Conduct, Victorian Industry Participation Policy (VIPP) and Social Procurement Framework will apply to this procurement.
