Edgars Creek Pedestrian Bridge Construction, Ronald Street, Coburg North
Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to construct Edgars Creek Pedestrian Bridge, Ronald Street, Coburg North.
The project involves the construction of a pedestrian bridge spanning Edgars Creek and approach boardwalks comprising Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Micro Mesh Grating deck, black steel structure with stainless steel handrails sitting on concrete piers and piles. The main bridge spans 22m and there is 53m of elevated boardwalk and 145m of concrete approach paths.
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with ‘Best Value” aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
Tender documents will be available from 8.00 am (Australian, Melbourne time) Saturday, 5 October 2019.
The tender closes at 3.00 pm (Australian, Melbourne time) Monday, 28 October 2019.
