Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the design and construction of Glenauburn Park Pavilion. This pavilion is located at 2 Cavanagh Road, Lower Plenty.
The works will generally be for the design and construction of the pavilion including all associated services. The works are generally incorporated in the attached project, which includes but is not limited to:
Design
- Investigation of preliminary concept design
- Preparing detailed design documents
Construction
- New shower/toilet areas
- Male and female WCs
- Universally accessible toilet
- Kitchen
- Social room
- Veranda and decking
- General Civil works
The contractor is to note that the scope of the works includes the identification, investigation, removal and safe disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM).
