VP164057 - The Dandenong Market Back of House Stage 2.2 Project is to be delivered as a package known as the Construction Works.

Demolition and removal of 3 no. existing cool rooms and the existing first aid room, part of the existing service platform and associated equipment, ancillary areas and associated walls shall be sequentially demolished. This will be replaced with 4 new cool rooms and associated areas.

There shall be new blockwork walls to infill the arch openings on the Cleelend St end of the building (to match what was already done at stage 1), and brick walls to make good and match the existing brick wall at the loading dock end of the building.
