Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The engagement will consist of two parallel deliverables (noting prioritization of the first deliverable if resource or risk contention arises)
1. Deliver an Enterprise Search solution based on already captured requirements documentation to search across three source systems.
- The ability of the FWO to add to this solution and maintain; is paramount, as such the Microsoft stack is highly preferred
- The solution must be fit for hosting in or integrating with the FWO/TSD environment, can extend an existing Azure search function
- The three source systems are a live D365 solution, a live CRM 2013 solution, and an archived CRM 4 PaaS database
- Desirable aspects are data matching and cleansing but not essential
2. Deliver a data review producing a document with options detailing high level roadmaps and recommendations on how FWO could achieve its Enterprise search and retrieval requirements. This would be informed by (but not limited to) workshops and individual engagements to review and document:
- Data managed in FWO systems
- How data is updated, accessed, consumed and transferred across systems and stores
- Search and retrieval requirements across FWO
- How solution delivered under 1. could be extended to meet review findings
